On behalf of the Executive Directors, Directors and Members I would like to extend a warm welcome to one and all attending our 154th edition of the Spencerville Agricultural Fair. I would like to take this time and opportunity to personally thank all of the volunteers for donating their time, our many sponsors and businesses for their donations to help make our fair as successful as it is. Entering my second year as President, I have enjoyed working with the fair board and volunteers at various functions throughout the year.
The fair will provide an atmosphere; demonstrate our community’s agricultural roots and strengths, its performing arts and the vibrant culture within the community. Visits will be part of exciting animal competitions, renowned homecraft displays, musical events, and historical events.
The Spencerville Agricultural Society strives to provide an atmosphere to capture those moments that matter in your life. It is our hope that these moments will stay with you for the rest of your life and develop an unbreakable bond with family, friends and your community.
So this September plan on helping us celebrate our moments within the community and our 154 years of history. As you travel around the country talk to people about the Spencerville Fair and invite them to attend. Let’s keep building on this tradition.
Brian Seeley
President 2008-2010
It gives me great pleasure to represent Spencerville Fair as the 3oth Fair Ambassador. That being said I could not think of a better way to spend four days in the fall than at the Spencerville Fair. This fair has a little something for everyone. Whether you find enjoyment at the demolition derby, the increasingly popular Punkin Chunkin, watching our entertainment shows or being an exhibitor, this fair is sure to keep you entertained. Please join me this weekend in the celebration of tradition, community, friends and family at the 154th Spencerville Fair.
Jennifer Willoughby 2008/2009 Spencerville Fair Ambassador
