We are honoured to receive the Community Organization / Volunteer Group of the Year Award!
It is our absolute pleasure to share the exciting news that the Spencerville Agricultural Society has been nominated and selected to receive this year’s Community Organization / Volunteer Group of the Year Award from the Township of Edwardsburgh Cardinal!
This award recognizes a volunteer group, service club, or community organization that has made a meaningful contribution to improving our township. It celebrates groups that are active, engaged, and dedicated to bettering the community we all call home.
And truthfully, this award belongs to every single one of you.
It is for the volunteers who work tirelessly behind the scenes all year long… for those who show up with a smile at the fair gates… for the early-morning crews setting up barns, arranging displays, and preparing every corner of the fairgrounds to welcome our guests. It is for the countless hours, the dedication, and the passion each of you pours into every event and initiative.
Thank you for everything you do. Because of you, our fair and our community continue to grow, thrive, and shine.
Awards Ceremony Details

📍 Township Hall – 18 Centre Street, Spencerville
We have been asked to provide expected numbers for the ceremony, and we would love to have as many of you join us as possible to celebrate this achievement together.
