The Spencerville Agricultural Society invites community members to attend its August Monthly Meeting, the final meeting before the 171st Spencerville Fair.

This meeting is an important milestone as final preparations are made for fair week. Discussions focus on last-minute planning, volunteer coordination, logistics, and ensuring everything is in place for a successful fair. It’s a great opportunity to see how the Society brings together months of planning in the weeks leading up to the Fair.

The meeting is open to the public, and anyone interested in volunteering, lending a hand, or learning how the Fair comes together is strongly encouraged to attend. Whether you’re already involved or simply curious, this meeting offers a behind-the-scenes look at how the Spencerville Fair comes to life.

The 171st Spencerville Fair takes place September 10–13, 2026, and the excitement is building as the community comes together to prepare.
