PUREBRED BEEF CATTLE SHOW

Information for Exhibitors:

• PLEASE SEE GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS

• All entry forms are due at the fair office by 4 pm on the Monday prior to the Fair.

• Online entries are due by Noon on Tuesday, the week of the fair.

• Admission passes will not be mailed. Check the Rules and Regulations.

• Please note that a complete address is necessary to receive your prize money as well as all information for each animal is to be completed. Please put the class, registration number and birth date of each animal for each entry.

• Under no circumstances should an animal exhibiting signs of transmittable disease be taken to the Spencerville Fair. The show committee and other Fair officials have the right to refuse entry of any animal showing signs of an infectious skin disease (e.g. warts, ringworm). If a vet check is required, it will be at the expense of the exhibitor.

• Fair share 20% off all prize money.

• Please bring your own bedding.

• Cattle will be tied in Drummond barns, where there is No Smoking.

• Calf in section 7 and 8 is now eligible to be shown as a single animal in section 1 or 4 and 10

All prize money in EACH SECTION of this CLASS will be DOUBLED thanks to the generosity of an Anonymous Donor.  

**New for 2025 – Peewee Showmanship for up to age 12 as of January 1st, 2025. This will start off our afternoon show.  All participants will receive prize money generously donated by Harvex Addison, as well as a ribbon.  No pre-registration required.

Show moved to Sunday, September 15th, 2025. Beef are to be tied in Drummond Barn 1 with a spill over going into Barn 2. Please ensure trailers are behind the barns.

Please note: After judging is completed, all animals will have to remain on the grounds and available for display until 3:30 pm.
