SPENCERVILLE FAIR PARADE

Theme: “Harvest The Fun”
Parade entries are encouraged to get creative with the harvest theme. Think tractors hauling pumpkins, baskets overflowing with vegetables, scarecrows, farm stands, and displays that showcase the journey from field to table. Floats might feature farmers harvesting crops, colourful fall produce, or creative pumpkin displays that capture the fun and abundance of harvest time.
Registration
All entries must be pre-registered.
Registration can be completed online at www.spencervillefair.ca/parade
Deadline for registration is September 11, 2026. Registrations received after deadline might not be accepted.
All livestock entries must carry a minimum $2,000,000 General Liability Insurance.
Proof of insurance for all vehicles and/or livestock must be provided on the registration form.
Entries will be allotted 10 meters (33 feet) of space in the Parade Assembly Area. Longer entries will be accommodated if necessary.
Commercial vehicles must be decorated unless they are Antique or Classic vehicles.
Eighteen-wheelers are prohibited.
Day of Parade
Entries must arrive to the Parade Assembly Area no later than 10:00 AM. Judging will commence at 10:30 AM. Entries not ready on time will not be judged.
Parade Assembly Area is accessed from behind the St. Laurence O’Toole Catholic Church, 50 Centre Street.
Parking is limited in the Parade Assembly Area.
Only one-way traffic is permitted in the Parade Assembly Area.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Parade will begin at 11:00 AM.
Candy, promotional material, or any other items for distribution must be handed out while walking along parade route. Absolutely no throwing or handing of items from any vehicle.
Prizes Section 1: $100.00, 2nd: $50.00, 3rd: $25.00
