
DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITY EXHIBITS

Information for Exhibitors:

Individuals of all ages, with developmental disabilities and in the charge of a caregiver.
It is the responsibility of the caregiver to deliver to the exhibit building, label/tag with Spencerville Fair tag and pickup exhibits at the times scheduled by the Spencerville Fair Committee.
No pre-registration is required.
All work must be done by the exhibitor unless otherwise stated
Exhibitor may enter only one exhibit per section
All exhibits must be brought in between 6 pm to 9 pm on Wednesday night before the Fair opens or Thursday morning between 8 am and 10 am.
Sunday: Exhibit Hall closes at 3:30 pm to prepare for pickup of exhibits.
No exhibits to be removed from exhibit building before 4:30 pm Sunday.
Exhibits not picked up Sunday of the Fair, between 4:30 and 6 pm, will become property of the Spencerville Fair.
Exhibits are for display purposes only, exhibits will not be judged
No entry fee will be charged – no prize money awarded.
All Exhibits will be posted and recognized with a “Participation” ribbon
Sections:
1. Painting or Drawing - coloured or black and white
2. Colour a page from a colouring book
3. Crocheted or knitted item
4. Article of hand or machine sewing
5. Floral arrangement
6. Decorated cookie – displayed on a disposable plate and sealed in plastic
7. Article not mentioned of Exhibitor’s choice – exhibit may be labeled for clarity
