Fair exhibitor fee is reduced to $5.00 with the purchase of seeds/ seedlings, and their name is recorded on sales sheets.

All entry forms are due at the fair office by 4:00 PM on the Monday prior to the Fair.
Online entries are due by Noon on Tuesday the week of the fair.
Exhibitor fee of $10 payable to Fair office.
The driver of the vehicle carrying their pumpkins enters free all other individuals to pay gate admission.
Vehicles are to enter the fairgrounds from Gate 1 Goodin Road (livestock gate) and proceed to the Weigh-In station.
Weigh-in on Friday, September 11/26, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM in the Drummond Arena.
Pumpkins must be sound, with no split into the cavity and no significant rotten spots.
Fair share 20% off prize money
Prize money will be mailed to all winners.
Juniors must do the majority of the work growing the pumpkins themselves.

MAMMOTH PUMPKIN & SQUASH:
Prizes: Section 1 (Senior): 1st: $150; 2nd: $100; 3rd: $75;
Prizes: Section 2 (Junior): 1st: $100; 2nd: $50; 3rd: $25;
Prizes: Section 3: 1st 100, 2nd $75, 3rd: $50

The James Utman Memorial Trophy is currently held by Noah De Visser for his record pumpkin in 2025, weighing in at 1121 pounds, and will be on hand to be presented if a new Fair record is set.
