SCARECROW CONTEST

Information for Exhibitors:

• Please see General Rules and Regulations.

• Entries must be the work of the exhibitor, not the work of someone else.

• Exhibitors can be individuals, families, and/or a business.

• Exhibits must be brought in between 6:00 PM & 9 :00 PM on Wednesday, September 09/26, or Thursday, September 10/26, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.

• Judging will commence on Thursday, September 10/26, at 10:00 AM sharp.

• All entries become property of the Spencerville Agricultural Society and may not be returned to the exhibitor.

• Entries will be used to decorate the Fairgrounds for the fair.

• Entries must be creatively designed and made with clean and safe materials.

• Entries must be life-size and self-supporting.

• Entries should be as weatherproof as possible.

• Fair share 20% of all prize money.
