Information for Exhibitors:

All Exhibitors are required to register under their own name, not the name of their
business or farm. Such entries will be disqualified from judging.
Fair share is 20% of the prize money.
Items to exhibit must be dropped off between 6 pm & 9 pm on Wednesday Night.
September 10th, 202,5, or Thursday Morning, September 11th, 202,5, between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
Judging will commence on Thursday, September 11th, 2025, at 10:00 AM sharp.
The doors to this building will be closed on Sunday, September 15th, 2025, at 4:00 PM,
allowing the committee time to organize exhibits for removal.
Doors will reopen at 4:30 PM sharp. Thank you for your patience & understanding.
All prize-winning exhibits must be left on display until Sunday, September 14th, 2025, at 4:30 PM.
Unclaimed exhibits become the property of the Spencerville Agricultural Society after Sunday, September 14th, at 5:30 PM.
Wines entered may be made from a kit or at a brewing store.
Each brewer is to enter a 1x750 ml bottle of wine and may enter all categories. Each bottle should be suitably corked or capped and labeled, affixed to the bottle, which must include the type of wine and bottling date
The name of the brewer should not be shown.
There will be a first, second, and third prize in each category. However, if in any one category, none of the entries are judged good enough to be awarded a prize, no award will be given.
On the back of the entry tag, the brewer should indicate the source of produce, i.e., concentrate, juice, or fresh produce, this will not be indicated to judges before judging.
Regular entry tags identifying class and section should be attached to wine bottles with a string.
