Information for Exhibitors:

  • Please see General Rules and Regulations

  • All eggs must be produced by poultry owned by the exhibitor.

  • Eggs may be produced by any type of poultry

  • Fair share 20% percent off prize money

  • No exhibits are to be removed from the exhibit building before 4:30 pm Sunday All prize money in EACH SECTION of this CLASS will be DOUBLED thanks to the generosity of an Anonymous Donor.  

  • Submissions must not have a label or identifying mark other than on the bottom of the carton or tray.

 

CLASS 63 - EGGS

Prizes: Sections 1 - 2: 1st: $12; 2nd: $10; 3rd: $8
Prizes: Sections 3 - 4: 1st: $8; 2nd: $7; 3rd: $6

Sections:

  • 1. 2 1/2 dozen white eggs: displayed in Keys tray

  • 2. 2 1/2 dozen brown eggs: displayed in Keys tray

  • 3. 1 dozen large eggs white: grade A

  • 4. 1 dozen large eggs brown: grade A

  • 5. Half dozen eggs – widest natural range of size and colour

  • 6. Half dozen eggs – best dressed (painted or decorated)
